Special Speaker, Stephanie Brooks

An Arizonan native, Stephanie Brooks was raised in Yuma County and is currently a senior at the University of Arizona- GO CATS!  This spring she will receive a B.F.A. in Dance with a minor in Family Studies and Human Development.  Stephanie feels called to use the language of dance to communicate God’s message to the world. She has been blessed with the opportunity to perform in Times Squares at Project Dance New York and toured with the Christian Contemporary Dance Company, Ad Deum. She enjoys teaching praise dance at Zona Yuth Kamp and Tucson Dance Academy (formerly Gotta Dance Academy).

As Miss Pima County 2008, Stephanie volunteered with the Children’s Miracle Network and the American Heart Association. She was named Tucson’s AHA’s 2008 volunteer of the year, placed second-runner up to Miss Arizona, received two preliminary awards and the National State Community Service Award.

Stephanie is excited to be part of this year’s Purity Ball and to see young girls committing to live a Holy life that will Glorify God.
